TSAT Survey
The TSAT is a technology skills assessment survey developed by the Massachusetts Department of Education. This survey aligns with the ISTE Technology Standards, Massachusetts Recommended PreK-12 Instructional Technology Standards, and the ETAC Star Chart.
The TSAT survey focuses on three areas of technology and has four mastery levels.
Technology focus areas
1) Technology Operations and Concepts
2) Ethics and Safety
3) Teaching and Learning with Technology
Mastery Levels
1) Early Technology
2) Developing Technology
3) Proficient
4) Advanced
The TSAT survey will be administered 1-2 times per year to all faculty in the Auburn Public Schools. Data from the survey will be used to determine upcoming professional development programs.
