2. READING PROFICIENCY

GRADE 1: MUST HAVE A. / GRADE 2: MUST HAVE B. OR C.

B. DRA score of 18 - 20 end of 2nd Grade

C. CER (Competent English Reader) on IPT Reading test at end of 2nd Grade
